A. Minimum for Our Products:    
Fabric hats --- 200pcs/colour,the fabrics are from stock fabrics.we can dye the fabrics if order quantity 〉1500pcs/color
Straw and block hats --- 300pcs/colourway  
Knitted hats --- 100pcs/colour      
For these hats,we can send you fabric colourcards for your choice.
           
B. Mould cost :         
This is mainly for fedoras and straw trilbys.  
If your order can reach 3000pcs/style/size,no block cost.
If your order quantity is below 3000pcs/style/size,you will need to pay usd250.00/block,we will return the budget to you when your order for this style reach to 3000pcs/size.
Sports caps block --- usd100.00/size    
           
C. Quality Control:      
Third party or customers' direct quality checking during mass production would be perfect for us.
Actually we do inhouse QC for ech product before we deliever to customers.
           
D. Production Capability:      
Cut&sew hats --- 20,000dz/month    
Knits hats --- 30,000dz/month      
Straw and block hats --- 20,000dz/month    
           
E. Salesman Samples:      
Any quantity salesman samples are workable for us.
           
F. Payment Terms :       
Both T/T and L/C are ok for us,30% in advance 70% at sight of copy documents.we can discuss the terms when we worked for some years.
           
G. Can Ruichi design hats by customers' ideas?
Yes we can,we design thousand of new styles each year.
